Hello old blog, it’s been a few months since we’ve been together…
Last week, on Wednesday, my domain was hacked through the server my website and blog are hosted through (so it wasn’t just me who was affected), and unfortunately, my new blog has yet to be restored.  I remember thinking today, “If I can’t participate in this week’s 52 Wednesdays circle because of this, I’m going to be incredibly angry.”  And instead of letting it get the best of me, I thought to use my old blog instead.  Take that angsty hackers!
Tonight, I actually had the best thing happen!  Eva and I had the opportunity to be models for a really talented commercial photographer (see here) –which means that in a few weeks we are going to have such fun photos of us together.  It’s been 3 or 4 years since Eva and I had our photo taken together, which makes me so sad to even think about.  But I am overjoyed that we had this opportunity as it felt like such an amazing blessing!  And did I mention so fun too. =)
We brought our super sweet dog Dash with us as a prop.  Dash is a very handsome, well mannered, happy pooch and Eva loves him to pieces.  They are such great friends and luckily I brought my camera with me tonight with the hope of capturing a photo of them together to share for this week’s assignment.  Our photo session ended a bit later and I was worried about having enough light since the sun had already set, but I did capture this one frame that says it all.  Such wonderful companions, a girl and her dog.
Next up is the wonderfully amazing Amy Grace from San Diego, California!  Be sure to click the link below to experience the awesomeness Amy has created this week.
